Onset: During exercise, 2 hours ago

History: Known aortic valve murmur, not previously evaluated

Symptoms

Sudden loss of consciousness while climbing stairs, with brief recovery. No prodrome, no seizure activity reported.

Vitals & Findings

BP 108/70, HR 78. Harsh systolic ejection murmur heard best at the right upper sternal border, radiating to the carotids.
